Ninja is Awesome! Both times they’ve been to my house they have gone above and beyond. The owner, Ian, Is a very honest and hard-working guy. My house has two HVAC systems. One for the main floor and basement and one for the upper floor. It all seems awesome until you have to replace them! Although I replaced my upstairs units years ago, probably five or six. I just barely replaced the downstairs one. Ian worked hard to make sure that I could get a system that I would be happy with and was super efficient and at a cost that I could afford. This summer I even saved more than I thought I would on my cooling bill…. I needed to write this review earlier but kept forgetting…. then last night, At bed time, we realized that our upstairs HVAC system was not functioning (This was not a system that he installed but the one that’s a few years old). When the huge cold front with the hurricane winds came in we had switched it to heating but now we need to switch it back to cooling and nothing was happening. I was able to send a text out and Ian tried to help me troubleshoot it from home. When it was very apparent that it needed a repairman he came out even late! Luckily it was an easy fix (for him who had the tools and part). I just can’t believe the customer service! I would recommend these guys to anybody! In fact I already have!

I reached to Ian, we have not had air conditioning for 3 summers now! He came as quick as possible and found a leak and some other issues, but was able to get us up and running and this should last us until we have the money to get a new system. Which we will be going through him for as well. Our family is indebted to you and praising that you got us going in this smoldering Utah weather that we’ve having!! Thanks a million times over!

We were able to schedule an appointment for the same day that we called in. Ian came out to look at our AC unit. He was professional, on time, and really pleasant to work with. Any estimates for repairs were reasonable and he walked us through everything he would be doing. Just a great experience overall. We really appreciate Ninja Heating and Air.

We replaced our 25 year old AC and furnace with Ninja. Craig and Ian were attentive to our needs/questions and provided excellent customer service throughout. We’ve only been in this home a few years so the price tag always stings for a big purchase like this (their range after applying discounts was about $6,400 to $10k or so depending on bells and whistles / efficiency like any company). We had 3 quotes and best I could tell apples to apples theirs was the cheapest by $500-1,000 for the features we went with. I have no complaints with Ninja, just complaints about the cost of being a homeowner in general. Their experience, insurance, and service seems to at least match quality with any other firm, and their warranty exceeds industry averages for labor. They go the extra mile.

Wow what an experience! To say that I’m left speechless would be an understatement. From the quote to the installation this has been an awesome experience. This is our first home, and when the AC froze up and stopped working we had called a different business to do a diagnostic. We were told that our HVAC system was 10 years older then what we had been told when we bought the house 2 years prior at 16 years old. We were then told it would like die die soon but that for now the blower was the issue. So after doing a few quotes and have a few people come we decided we would replace both and just rip the band aid off. These guys wandered across my Facebook. They had 5 reviews and nothing but stellar ones at that. So I took a leap and thought what’s the harm in at least getting a quote. So we requested a quote and enjoyed that process a lot, we not only were educated in what our system we had was. But what they would recommend and why. We also learned a lot in general about HVACC, we never felt like they were being sneaky or trying to pressure us into buying something we didn’t need. The two of them were extremely knowledgeable, they show good, better and best options. They have some really good finance options we choose 18 months at 0%. The next day we decided to go with the good option and then a week later which is today we had it all installed! The two guys that came to install were great, friendly, answered all questions and worked quickly and efficiently and were done in 3 hours! We had a vent by our front door we thought was a faux vent or from and older system because it never blew air. But with the new system it’s blowing hard and strong! We didn’t realize how bad our system was until these came and helped us out. I’m glad we caught it before the system really did die. Between the awesome guys who quoted us and got us an amazing discount because of my husbands occupation. And the installation being so smooth and them being just as kind and answering all questions I will never go anywhere else and will only recommend these guys 100%. On top of all the above this is a local small family owned business and I’m glad I could support them during these tough times. Thank you again for the awesome experience and look forward to ever needing your services because I know we will be taken care 👌🏻 keeps up the great work!

Ian is the greatest. He is real knowledgeable, really knows his stuff. He has come out a few times and is always on time and very professional. Ninja Heating & Air also has the best customer service I have had to work with. The girl was polite and professional, easy to get someone scheduled. Their prices are great and I have never had a bad experience.

So me and my wife came home on a Friday night to a 90 degree house. My wife said she could find someone on Facebook. She found Ninja. The lady on the phone was very pleasant to talk to. Then Ian from Ninja Heating and Air came out that night. He was very respectful, and had genuine concern for our crisis. After he checked out our unit we found out it was 15 years old and possibly leaked out all the oil in it. We sat down and he gave us options on what would work best for my family. After we chose option two, he sent out and they fully installed everything in one day. From Ian coming out and the installer so quickly we will only be using Ninja Heating and Air from now on. It’s good to know there are still good honest companies out there, thank you Ninja!

My A/C died right when we were having 100+ degrees weather! I called, emailed and text few companies to have someone out right away and 90% of those companies still haven’t responded to my calls. I called Ninja Heating and Air Conditioning and had a representative of the company at my door step the next day. I was impressed with Craig’s knowledge, understanding of my budget and needs. I purchased an Amana A/C and Furnace and they installed it 2 days later! The tech Travis and his assistant gave top notch service, cleaned up after themselves and answered my many questions. This company deserves nothing but a 5 stars- their service is impeccable! Thank you Craig and Travis!

Ninja wasn’t the cheapest quote, but Ian’s great attitude balanced with his ability to get the job done quickly, is what got them our business.
