Requirements:

• Must have strong people skills and be able to communicate well with customers and coworkers.
• Needs to have Clean driving record and be able to drive a company vehicle and be insured on company vehicle insurance.
• Needs to have most of the basic required hand tools for installing furnaces and air conditioners in a residential setting.
• RMGA, EPA, NATE certifications are a plus.
• Must be Punctual and Reliable.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs multiple times a day.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have prior residential HVAC installation experience.
