We're Hiring
HVAC Technician
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems. Work independently on service calls across the Wasatch Front.
Equipment Installers
Install furnaces, air conditioners, and plumbing systems in new construction and replacement jobs. Team-based work with hands-on training.
Sales Professionals
Meet with homeowners, present solutions, and close deals. We provide qualified leads — you bring the energy and people skills.
Office Staff
Dispatch, scheduling, customer service, and admin support. Keep the operation running smoothly from our home base.
Requirements
- Strong people skills and a positive attitude
- Clean driving record
- Basic hand tools (for field positions)
- EPA certifications a plus
- Punctual and reliable — show up ready to work
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Pass a background check
- Prior HVAC experience preferred but not required
